Public Financial Management

Abstract


Public Financial Management is a graduate-level course for students if public administration and non-profit management.  The course extends budgeting techniques for public and non-profit organizations to include planning, strategic management, and reporting.  This syllabus describes a course which initiates a small non-profit organization to provide students with hands-on experience with administrative controls, planning, and management.
