Abstract

Imagination as a topic is reasonably easy to teach. The act of imagining itself can be challenging to teach, yet, how well do we really understand the workings and capacity of the imagination if it is not an active element in the learning process about imagination. This course was designed to teach students about the religious imagination by exposing them to the expressions of numerous, creative contributors to a religious culture while simultaneously engaging them in the use of their own imaginations.
